Questions about AI businesses on autopilot
What is an AI business on autopilot?
An autopilot is a business whose day-to-day work (research, content, publishing, distribution and reporting) is run by autonomous AI agents inside clear guardrails. Nova Labs builds each one, tests it with a capped budget and only keeps it if it earns.
Can a business really run on autopilot?
Mostly, within limits. The agents do the daily work, but someone still sets the guardrails, checks the output and decides when to stop. We call it autopilot because the work runs itself, not because it needs no attention. No income is guaranteed, and results vary.
What will I get when I buy an autopilot?
Planned contents are the business blueprint, the AI agent setup, the content and distribution pipeline, the kill gates and the post-mortem notes. Nothing is for sale yet, and the exact format and pricing are not set.
How will revenue share work?
The plan is a choice between buying an autopilot outright and running it on the Nova Labs stack in exchange for a share of the revenue it earns. The terms are not set yet. Join the waitlist to hear them first.
How are autopilots tested?
Every idea runs the same kill gates. It is rejected if a chatbot can replicate it in under 5 minutes, if the test costs more than €200, if there is no revenue within 10 days, or if it has not broken even within 14 days.
Why show the killed ventures?
Because most ideas fail, and the failures are the most useful part of the record. Each killed venture stays visible with its post-mortem, and every kill is logged so the next autopilot starts smarter.
Who are autopilots for?
Solo founders, indie hackers, agencies and operators who want a proven, automatable business model to replicate for side income or a new revenue line, and investors who want to follow what the factory learns.
What is the unicorn track?
Some autopilots will be built as moonshots meant to become billion-dollar companies, not just profitable ones. No moonshot is confirmed yet. The first one will be published here with its real numbers.
